Butt Acne Treatment
04.22.06 (10:33 pm)   [edit]

Butt acne is as general a problem in teenagers and adults as is normal acne on the face or on the thighs. However it is a sensitive issue, not because it is a bit more painful than other kinds of acne, but because of where it is located. One tends to believe that butt acne is an embarrassment, making this general issue a sensitive one.

The reason for butt acne can be attributed to the same reasons of acne on anywhere else on the body (of course the only issue is no one knows why acne occurs). We spend a major time of our day sitting and researches also show that our butt remains under pressure for almost 50% of our lifetime. This means that sweat, pressure, and dirt get accumulated on the butt, adding fire to acne development.

Butt acne seems to come and go just like that. Sometimes an existing acne breakout can become worse. Though it starts off as small red spots, these spots develop releasing waste fluids.

Dermatologists believe that without proper examination it wouldn’t be possible to treat butt acne. So it would be up to those suffering from butt acne to come out of their embarrassment shell to go to take help.

There are few tips to avoid butt acne:
  • Keep your clothes clean, particularly those around your buttocks.
  • Try wearing cottons rather than artificial clothing that contains nylon or polyester.
  • Take bath twice a day
  • Consume more amounts of water, that what you do normally.
  • Avoid oils, and coffee.

Butt acne is definitely not a big problem as long as you exercise good common sense.
